Our story to the here and now
Colm Lauder and Andrew Teacher first worked together at IPD which would be acquired by MSCI in 2013. Over the following decade, Lauder would go to build his reputation as the leading UK and Ireland investment banking analyst and advisor to the executive and boards of various listed real estate companies, along with their investors, at Goodbody. Teacher formed Blackstock Consulting, gaining a prominent client base across private equity, great estates, and major institutions and sold the company to Montfort in 2022.
The duo have a blend of complementary expertise, extensive networks across the investor, political, and media universes and strong public profiles that have seen them regularly cited and trusted by mainstream media for their market understanding and analysis, and innovative research.
