Anna leads LTA’s sustainability agenda, advising clients on how to adapt their businesses, as well as their properties to meet the latest in sustainable investment standards. Anna co-founded GreenResi, a company which helps investors to make smarter, more efficient property decisions to drive sustainable returns.

Anna previously worked at Deloitte and has $1.7bn+ transactions experience. She was Head of Sustainability at a European proptech ($75m Series B), has led 300 residential transactions and developed the strategy for a £100m+ housing fund backed by HNW investors. Anna Chairs the Cambridge University Land Society’s Residential Forum and serves on the Whitehall Group and the Nelson Trust committees. She has been named one of Management Today’s ‘35 Women Under 35’ and Bisnow’s ‘Women Leading Real Estate’ and has given a TedX talk on sustainable residential investing.is a seasoned marketing leader with a robust career spanning over 14 years, marked by high-level mark. She hosts a leading property podcast, has authored three books on property investment and is frequently quoted in the Financial Times, Forbes and BBC on UK residential investment and sustainability.
