Andy Martin is former CEO of BNP Paribas Real Estate, he became the CEO in October 2017 when the business merged with Strutt & Parker. Previously, Andy was the Senior Partner at Strutt & Parker from 2009, having joined the firm in 1985 and headed its Commercial team from 2005. Andy’s areas of expertise lie in funding, investment, development, master planning and placemaking, with a particular emphasis on business parks. He has provided strategic advice to the Arlington Business Parks Partnership for over 30 years, and as a result of his expertise in this arena, created the Business Park Index with IPD, now regarded as a benchmark for the industry.

Andy is a trustee and sits on the Foundation Fund Board of the Urban Land Institute and is a life member of the Investment Property Forum. Andy also sits on the Advisory Boards of Hodes Weill, Stifel and a property development board at Wellcome Trust.
